Location: Wrocław / Warsaw / Łódź
Essential Functions
- Leads a group of about 7-12 people
- Performs operational activities within area of expertise
- Ensures all operational procedures are maintained up to date, documented, and properly executed
- Timely identifies potential issues and proposes appropriate solutions; escalates as needed
- Reports and addresses SLA/KPIs/measurement for transactional activities in the dedicated area
- Supports the Manager in carrying out any changes required in terms of ways of working and continuous improvement to heighten quality
- Responsible for performance appraisals, goal setting interviews and other relevant HR tasks supported by the manager
- Supports team members with individual development plan
- Administration of attendance system for direct reports, controls evidence of reported worked hours and keeps record of attendance and holidays
- Conduct team meetings for dedicated group and runs on time communication within the group
- Interacts with stakeholders and report outcomes
- Keep high motivation of the team
- Any other project defined by employer
Education and Experience
- Higher Education
- Experience in GBS/SSC/BPO area
- Experience in coordinating team within process, project as a direct or matrix supervisor
- Strong understanding of SAP system including practical functionalities and navigation to be able to support team member with practical knowledge
- Hands on Process Experience to be able to support team member with practical knowledge
