Duties include:
- Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipments
- Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products
- Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices
Skills and Experience:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Strong customer driven focus
- Experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) is an advantage
- Experience in using ERP and CRM –within SAP / Microsoft AX and Dynamics CRM is an advantage
