Order Management Specialist with Finnish

Duties include:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries regarding products, orders, payments, returns, claims and shipments
  • Educating and updating yourself with deep knowledge about the company and products
  • Taking part in training in customer service processes and best practices
  •  

Skills and Experience:

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • Strong customer driven focus
  • Experience with customer service (phone, email, chat etc.) is an advantage
  • Experience in using ERP and CRM –within SAP /  Microsoft AX and Dynamics CRM is an advantage
